Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 days of the purchase date.  We allow for an extended period of time to ensure you receive the freshest salsa possible for your order.

 

Shipments will arrive throughout the year on any day of the week except Sunday.  If we experience high order volumes then shipments may be delayed by an additional few days to allow for packaging.  If this occurs we will do our best to communicate with you about the delay.

 

You will receive an email or text about your order and any additional information regarding the delay.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All shipping is done through flat rate boxes and costs $15 per order of 3 16 oz jars of salsa.  Additional shipping charges will apply to orders of 3 or more jars to accommodate for the additional room needed.

 

All costs will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, we only ship to the United States and additional charges apply to Alaska shipments.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Only valid USPS shipping locations will be sent.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will be notified through email about your orders shipment status.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Aloha Salsa Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Aloha Salsa Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

We ensure the highest quality of freshness for our customers.  If you feel the product you received is spoiled please contact us immediately.  We will ship out a new order to you ASAP for free, shipping costs are not included.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.  If you received a spoiled product please let us know and we will replace it immediately for you free of charge.  Typical processing time for reshipping can take up to 7 days.

 

We do not refund orders.
